Return Policy – Fly Success Study

You can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
No returns will be accepted after 5 days, under any circumstances.

When Are Returns Accepted?

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

• Damaged during delivery

• Misprinted or has a major manufacturing defect

• Incorrect item delivered (wrong book or edition)

Note: This policy applies only to physical books.
Digital downloads (PDFs, eBooks, etc.) are non-returnable.

Return Not Applicable If:

• Product value is ₹300 or less

• The item was used, written in, or intentionally damaged

• The request is made after 5 days of delivery

• The product is correct and undamaged

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at 📩 returns@flysuccessstudy.com within 5 days of delivery.

2. Include:

   • Your Order ID

   • A short explanation

   • Clear photos or video showing the issue

3. Our support team will verify your request and respond within 48 working hours.
