1. Digital Products (PDFs, E-books, etc.)
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital materials are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books, Study Materials)
Returns: Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos or video) of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Order Cancellations
Digital Orders: Cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
Physical Orders: Can only be canceled before the item is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
